About this opportunity
Welcome to the Invoicing Services team. We add value by delivering high quality invoices and paying other financial institutions for received services. As Assistant Service Operations Officer, you will play a valuable role in managing invoice flows related to capital markets operations.

What you’ll be doing:

creating and delivering invoices
monitoring payments from clients
developing existing processes
preparing post-invoicing reports
paying received invoices
You’ll join a International team located in both Poland and Finland. Team is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing invoice flows related to capital markets operations. The role is based in Lodz.

Your experience and background:

graduated at least secondary school,
professional English skills (spoken and written at least B2 level),
good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
